THREE YEAR OLDS

As children move into their third year they begin exploring the world around them by watching, observing and imitating. With this in mind, Kidzone Preschool Academy offers a wide variety of different activities throughout each day, including arts and crafts, our outdoor playground, the gigantic indoor bounce house with slide, and our Performing Arts Center, making every day exciting and fun. Each of our class rooms are filled with puzzles, blocks, toys, books, etc., where children can enhance and perfect their motor skills, coordination, and communication skills. While playing and interacting with other children, our three-year-olds are taught the importance of how to follow instructions, sharing with others, and helping with clean up, etc.

When it comes to learning, our teachers and curriculum are second to none. Our three-year-olds express much interest and desire to learn as they begin with learning both letter and number recognition, the sounds of each letter and how to write their letters and numbers. They will also engage in lively discussions about the world around them through story time and show and tell, which will help to develop their language skills. In addition to the daily curriculum, skills learned in the classroom are reinforced in our state-of-the-art computer center, with new Dell computers and flat screens, children learn with Sesame Street, Clifford and many more exciting preschool software programs.
