Mia, (12months) has been with Kidzone less than two months now. If Mia could speak, I'm sure she'd say that she is very happy here. I can see how her being amongst other children her age is good for her development. I have found the staff at Kidzone to be very friendly and very professional. The classroom environment is kept clean and the staff is proficient with the changing of Mia's diaper and her feeding and sleeping routines. I feel that she is in a safe and caring environment, which is a parent's biggest concern.

Special thanks should be giving to Kidzone teacher Ms. Jennifer. She approached me one afternoon to let me know that she had read Mia's profile I supplied and noticed that she was a little behind with her crawling, due to her being 6 weeks early. Jennifer took the time to work with Mia and another baby to encourage crawling/walking skills and also sang songs with her. This made me feel more at ease and more like Mia was attending a "learning center", not just a "baby sitting facility".

Not being able to spend the afternoon with Mia is hard. I am taking the chance that I might miss out on some of her monumental "firsts" such as crawling, walking, a tooth coming in, her first words, etc. It is great that you have the

"daily sheets" that the staff fills out indicating the child's activities and behaviors throughout the day. Just this week Mia moved from the infant are, and is now under the care of Ms. Yamile. Yamile has been great! She has been interacting with Mia and puts comments on her daily sheet so I get a feel for what she has been doing throughout the day. Thanks Yamile. Kidzone has been a positive environment for Mia and I look forward to her continued education here.
